The Citizens of Montenegro must own a visa in order to enter and stay in the Federal Republic of Nigeria. Consular affairs with regard to the Montenegrin citizens (in the capacity of the de facto receiving state citizens) are placed under the jurisdiction of the Nigerian Embassy in Rome, Italy.
