Visa regime
Nationals of Montenegro may enter, pass through the territory of and stay in Surinam for up to 90 days without a visa.
Nationals of Montenegro shall pay on each entry to the territory of the Republic of Suriname an Entry Fee of US$ 25 or €25 via the online application of VFS Global Suriname (https://suriname.vfsvisa.com).

Diplomatic relations
The Republic of Suriname recognized Montenegro on 1 September 2006. Diplomatic relations between Montenegro and the Republic of Suriname were established on 14 May 2010.
