Međunarodni otvoreni postupak tendera u okviru projekta INEREP – „Nabavka specijalizovanih vatrogasnih vozila“, referentni broj HR-BA-ME00474 – PP01

Ministarstvo unutrašnjih poslova Crne Gore, Bulevar Svetog Petra Cetinjskog 22, 81000 Podgorica, Crna Gora, objavljuje međunarodni otvoreni postupak tendera za „Nabavku specijalizovanih vatrogasnih vozila“. Predmet ugovora je kupovina specijalizovanih vozila za potrebe gašenja požara. U Crnoj Gori, Nacionalni trening centar u Podgorici sprovodi obuku vatrogasaca i spasilaca u 12 opština: Herceg Novi, Kotor, Tivat, Budva, Bar, Ulcinj, Cetinje, Nikšić, Podgorica, Tuzi, Zeta i Danilovgrad. Projekat će unaprijediti njegovu infrastrukturu i opremu, uključujući jedno srednje tehničko vatrogasno vozilo, jedno mobilno komandno vozilo, jedan kamion sa dizalicom (grapple truck) i 13 terenskih pick-up vozila (12 za opštine i jedno za Nacionalni trening centar u Podgorici). Ova unapređenja su neophodna zbog rastućeg broja tehničkih intervencija, posebno tokom prometne turističke sezone, gdje visoka frekvencija saobraćaja i složen teren, uključujući tunele, zahtijevaju brze hitne odgovore u Crnoj Gori. Nabavka se sprovodi u okviru projekta „Interborder Emergency Response Enhancement Project“ – INEREP, Ugovor o subvenciji br. HR-BA-ME00474, uz finansijsku pomoć Interreg VI-A IPA programa Hrvatska – Bosna i Hercegovina – Crna Gora, koji sufinansira Evropska unija.

Rok za podnošenje ponuda je 20. jul 2026. godine do 10:00 časova po srednjeevropskom vremenu.

International open tender procedure within the project INEREP – “Procurement of Specialised Firefighting Vehicles”, reference number HR-BA-ME00474 – PP01

The Ministry of Interior of Montenegro, Bulevar Svetog Petra Cetinjskog 22, 81000 Podgorica, Montenegro, announces an international open tender procedure for “Procurement of Specialised Firefighting Vehicles”. The subject of the contract is purchase of specialised vehicles for firefighting purposes. In Montenegro, the National Training Centre in Podgorica provides firefighter and rescue training across 12 municipalities: Herceg Novi, Kotor, Tivat, Budva, Bar, Ulcinj, Cetinje, Nikšić, Podgorica, Tuzi, Zeta, and Danilovgrad. The project will upgrade its infrastructure and equipment, including one medium technical firefighting vehicle, one mobile command vehicle, one grapple truck, and 13 off-road pickup vehicles (12 for municipalities and one for the National Training Centre in Podgorica). These enhancements are essential due to the rising number of technical interventions, particularly during the busy tourist season, where high traffic and complex terrain, including tunnels, that require swift emergency responses in Montenegro. The procurement is being conducted within the project “Interborder Emergency Response Enhancement Project “ – INEREP, Subsidy Contract no. HR-BA-ME00474, with financial assistance from the Interreg VI-A IPA Programme Croatia – Bosnia and Herzegovina – Montenegro, co-financed by European Union.
