"The needs analysis conducted within the Erasmus+ project Career Guidance, Europass & Qualifications Development (CGEQD) highlighted the need to further strengthen career guidance systems, improve the use of Europass tools and develop a modern and transparent qualifications system. Changes in the labour market, digital transformation and the increasing demand for continuous skills development require better access to information on education and career opportunities, as well as clearer understanding of qualifications and learning outcomes.

Based on the identified needs, the project objectives were defined to improve the availability and quality of career guidance services, promote and expand the use of Europass tools, and further develop the national qualifications system in line with European standards. Particular attention is given to increasing the transparency of qualifications, strengthening the link between education and the labour market and supporting citizens in planning their professional development.

Through the implementation of these objectives, the CGEQD project contributes to the development of lifelong learning policies, increased employability and improved mobility of citizens. At the same time, the project supports the alignment of national systems with European initiatives and practices in the fields of education, qualifications and career guidance.

The Career Guidance, Europass & Qualifications Development (CGEQD) project is co-funded by the European Union through the Erasmus+ programme."
