CGEQD: improvement of career guidance services

"The Erasmus+ project Career Guidance, Europass & Qualifications Development (CGEQD) is implemented through five interconnected work packages designed to ensure a structured and coordinated implementation of all project activities. The project structure covers project management and coordination, communication and visibility, improvement of career guidance services, support for the development and implementation of the Europass system, and the further development and strengthening of the national qualifications framework in line with the European Qualifications Framework.

The project management work package ensures effective coordination of activities, financial and administrative management, as well as monitoring of the project’s implementation and results. The communication and visibility package focuses on informing the public, promoting project results and strengthening cooperation with relevant stakeholders in the fields of education and employment.

Another important component of the project is the improvement of career guidance services, which includes activities aimed at strengthening the competences of guidance practitioners, improving cooperation between institutions and increasing access to information about education and career opportunities. At the same time, the project contributes to the further development and promotion of the Europass system, including activities related to digital credentials and improved transparency of qualifications.
