CGEQD: Strengthen institutional capacities and develop modern tools

"Within the Erasmus+ project Career Guidance, Europass & Qualifications Development (CGEQD), the Ministry of Education, Science and Innovation is implementing activities aimed at improving national systems for career guidance, Europass and qualifications. The project seeks to strengthen institutional capacities and develop modern tools that will enable citizens to access clearer, more accessible and fairer educational and career pathways.

Through an integrated approach that combines the development of career guidance services, the promotion and wider use of Europass tools, and the advancement of the national qualifications system, the CGEQD project contributes to greater transparency of qualifications, better understanding of educational opportunities and improved planning of professional development. Particular attention is given to supporting students, learners, employees and all citizens who wish to continuously develop their skills and competencies.

The project also contributes to the promotion of lifelong learning policies, increased employability and greater mobility of citizens in line with European education and labour market standards. By implementing the activities within the CGEQD project, Montenegro further aligns its education and qualifications systems with European initiatives and practices.
