CGEQD supports career planning and skills development

"The Erasmus+ project Career Guidance, Europass & Qualifications Development (CGEQD) delivers concrete results through the improvement of career guidance systems, the development of national guidelines for the implementation of Europass Digital Credentials, and the strengthening of qualification transparency and institutional capacities. The project focuses on improving access to information on education and career opportunities while developing modern tools that support career planning and skills development.

One of the key outcomes of the project is the development of national guidelines for the implementation of the Europass Digital Credentials system, which will establish clear and standardised procedures for issuing, exchanging and verifying digital credentials. These activities contribute to greater transparency of qualifications and improved understanding of educational achievements in both national and European contexts.

The project also supports the strengthening of institutional capacities in the areas of career guidance, qualifications management and the use of European transparency tools. By developing policies and mechanisms that strengthen the connection between education and the labour market, the project contributes to more effective planning of education and career pathways.

Through these activities, the CGEQD project contributes to the further alignment of national systems with European standards and lifelong learning policies, creating conditions for increased mobility, employability and transparency of qualifications.
