CGEQD: The establishment of a unified visual identity for digital documents

"The development of the Europass Digital Credentials system also includes the establishment of a unified visual identity that will enable clear and recognisable presentation of digital credentials at the national level. The purpose of developing this visual framework is to ensure a consistent and standardised appearance for digital documents that certify qualifications, learning outcomes and other educational achievements.

A clearly defined visual identity contributes to greater transparency and usability of digital credentials for different stakeholders, including education institutions, employers and citizens. A standardised design approach helps ensure that digital certificates are easily recognisable and strengthens trust in the authenticity and reliability of documents issued through the Europass Digital Credentials system.

The development of this visual framework is aligned with Europass standards and European Union guidelines, ensuring compatibility with the European digital infrastructure for issuing and exchanging digital credentials. This approach supports the consistent and interoperable implementation of the system at the national level.
