Coordination Body for Harmonisation and Monitoring of Inspection Supervision holds its 12th session

The 12th session of the Coordination Body for Harmonisation and Monitoring of Inspection Supervision was held today, chaired by Minister without Portfolio Milutin Butorović.
At the session, reports on the work of inspection services for March 2026 were reviewed and unanimously adopted by the members of the Coordination Body.
The Coordination Body was also briefed on a notification from the Forestry and Hunting Inspection, as well as a letter from the Director General of the Directorate for Fisheries regarding the need to organize coordinated inspection supervision.
During the discussion on the current status of the Unified Inspection Information System, the session was attended by Senka Baltić, Head of the Department for Management of the Unified Inspection Information System at the Ministry of Public Administration. She provided the Chair and members of the Coordination Body with additional clarifications on all issues related to the system. The members agreed that, in order to implement the system and fully utilize its benefits, amendments to the Law on Inspection Supervision are necessary, and they will submit an initiative to the Ministry of Public Administration, as the proposer of the law.
Under the agenda item “Any Other Business,” current issues related to illegal construction along the Montenegrin coast were discussed. As a result of the discussion, the Coordination Body concluded that in emergency situations it will respond promptly by organizing mobile teams or by other appropriate means.
