Coordination Body for Harmonisation and Monitoring of Inspection Supervision holds its 7th session

The 7th session of the Coordination Body for Harmonisation and Monitoring of Inspection Supervision was held today, chaired by Minister without Portfolio Milutin Butorović.

In his opening remarks, President of the Coordination Body Milutin Butorović stated that it was an honour and privilege to lead a body dealing with such complex issues. He expressed gratitude for the dedicated and professional work of the former President of the Coordination Body, Deputy Prime Minister for Infrastructure and Regional Development Milun Zogović. He stressed the importance of combating the grey economy, emphasising that there will be no privileged actors, and highlighted that one of the most important objectives is the eradication of selective justice. He also underlined the importance of field work and announced intensified activities aimed at achieving better results.

During the session, annual work reports for 2025 were reviewed and unanimously adopted by the members of the Coordination Body.

The Coordination Body was also briefed on the annual inspection work plans for 2026.

The session further considered the Report on Joint Inspection Supervisions conducted within the Action Plan for the Preparation and Monitoring of the 2025/2026 Winter Tourist Season. It was concluded that the joint inspection activities carried out under the Action Plan for the winter tourist season 2025/2026 can be assessed as highly successful.

Members openly discussed potential challenges and their resolution, with the aim of achieving a higher level of efficiency and functionality of the competent inspection authorities.
