Within DEV-CLEinMNE project, the coordination and management team ensured transparent governance, timely delivery and quality assurance across all work packages.

With defined roles, milestones and monitoring tools, the project maintained a strong focus on results, stakeholder engagement and compliance with Erasmus+ standards. This project is funded by the European Union.
