Digital credentials support the mobility of students and the workforce

Digital credentials represent a modern way of presenting and certifying qualifications, enabling educational achievements obtained in Montenegro to be clearly understood and recognised across Europe. By using a standardised digital format, information about qualifications, diplomas and learning outcomes becomes easier to share between education institutions, employers and other relevant stakeholders.
A standardised approach to presenting qualifications improves the transparency of the education system and facilitates the understanding of qualifications in an international context. In this way, digital credentials support the mobility of students and the workforce by enabling easier recognition of qualifications when applying for jobs or continuing education in other countries.
The use of digital credentials also strengthens trust in the authenticity of educational documents and reduces administrative barriers in employment and academic mobility processes. This approach represents an important step towards modernising the qualifications system and aligning it with European standards for transparency and mobility.
The Career Guidance, Europass & Qualifications Development (CGEQD) project is co-funded by the European Union through the Erasmus+ programme."
