Medical teams of Armed Forces of Montenegro participate in vaccination of citizens

As of today, the medical teams of the Armed Forces of Montenegro are participating in the vaccination of citizens against COVID-19.

Lieutenant Doctor Bojan Bekan pointed out that the Military Medical Centre (VMC) was engaged at the request of the Primary Health Care Centre Podgorica, and that vaccination of the population aged 70+ is in progress.

One of the missions of the Armed Forces of Montenegro is to help civilian structures, and we are honored to be able to help, he stressed.

Bekan said that four teams from the Military Medical Centre are participating in the vaccination.

"It is planned to vaccinate 200 people today and 200 people tomorrow," the lieutenant emphasised.
