Participation of the Real Estate Administration in a seminar organized by the Notary Chamber of Montenegro

Notary Chamber of Montenegro organized an educational seminar on April 13 and 14, 2024, which brought together a significant number of notaries from the territory of Montenegro, legal experts and representatives of judicial institutions, which contributed to an extremely good exchange of knowledge and experience.

Acting director of the Real Estate Administration, Marko Bulatović, MSc., based on many years of experience, provided answers to notaries' questions on current topics related to the procedure for registering real rights before the Real Estate Administration. The participants of the seminar, which combined theoretical and practical approaches, had the opportunity to hear and answer the questions answered by the head of the Directorate for Second Instance Administrative Procedure, Uglješa Bakočević.

The Real Estate Administration pointed out that the Notary Chamber has a partner in the Real Estate Administration in all projects aimed at improving the work of both the Notary Chamber and the Real Estate Administration.

Besides Acting director of the Real Estate Administration, the seminar was attended by the heads of regional units of Herceg Novi, Kotor, Tivat, Budva, Bar, Ulcinj, Šavnik and Nikšić, as well as representatives of the Information System Sector of the Real Estate Administration, who actively participated in this seminar and contributed in discussion, giving recommendations and sharing experience.

The goal of the seminar was to harmonize the views and opinions of the Notary Chamber of Montenegro and the Real Estate Administration, which contribute to the reliability and legal security of citizens in the area of real estate ownership, because legal security is the key to maintaining trust in the legal system and the efficient functioning of institutions.
