On Friday, April 26 2024, Acting Director of the Real Estate Administration Marko Bulatović MSc, attended the Round Table as part of the Public Debate on the Spatial Plan of Montenegro Draft, organized by the Chamber of Commerce of Montenegro and the Ministry of Spatial Planning, Urbanism and State Property.

"The participation of the Real Estate Administration was recognized through the provision of a significant part of the spatial data necessary for the preparation of the Spatial Plan of Montenegro. Spatial planning is key to the arrangement and development of space in the country because it regulates construction, protects natural resources and thus achieves the sustainable development of the country, and I believe that everyone should be involved in order to jointly contribute to its full implementation," said the Acting Director of the Administration. for real estate Marko Bulatović MSc

"A spatial plan is not just drawing lines on a map, but facing real challenges that affect the daily life of citizens, from improving traffic connections to promoting sustainable agriculture, from fighting against illegal construction to improving public spaces. Adopting a spatial plan is not only a legal obligation, but becomes a moral imperative", said Majda Adžović, State Secretary of the Ministry of Spatial Planning, Urbanism and State Property.
