Arrival of Marko Bulatović MSc as director of the Real Estate Administration is a turning point in the resolution of ownership rights in the Mrčevo polje area

As part of the activities started to improve the quality of data in the cadastral registers in Montenegro, there is also an activity to complete the procedures for the registration of rights in the area of Mrčevo polje, which also includes the long-term non-implementation of court judgments that were ended thanks to the engagement of the new director of the Real Estate Administration.

The NGO "Jaz - Mrčevo polje" informed the public about significant developments and progress in solving the decade-long problem of registering land rights in Mrčevo polje, and as they say, the turning point came with the arrival of Marko Bulatović MSc as director of the Real Estate Administration, who with his expertise, knowledge of the issues and determination to implement court rulings gave hope that after a long period of stagnation, the proceedings would be completed.

"The cooperation so far gives hope that the ten-year procedures will be completed in the near future, which shows that solutions were possible before, but there was no will of the previous competent authorities", they concluded.
