Legalization in Focus: Director of the Real Estate Administration, Marko Bulatović MSc, on TV Vijesti

The Director of the Real Estate Administration, Marko Bulatović MSc, was a guest in “Boje jutra” on TV Vijesti, on the occasion of the adoption of the Law on the Legalization of Illegally Constructed Buildings in Montenegro.

Mr. Bulatović underlined that the legalization process is complex and requires the full commitment of all institutions, with the Real Estate Administration playing an indispensable role. He emphasized that this represents an important social and institutional task, serving the interests of both citizens and the state.

He particularly highlighted the importance of up-to-date real estate records and close cooperation between the Administration, municipalities, and the competent Ministry, as essential prerequisites for the successful implementation of the Law on Legalization.
