On Friday, April 12, 2024. at 10:00 a.m., Acting Director of the Real Estate Administration, Marko Bulatović MSc, attended the working breakfast, which was held in the premises of the Ministry of Spatial Planning, Urbanism and State Property at the invitation of the Minister of Spatial Planning, Urbanism and State Property Janko Odović.

The Minister stated that the Spatial Plan for Montenegro as well as the spatial plans for other municipalities are being worked on rapidly and if everything goes according to the plan, PUP Podgorica (Special Urban Plan) will be adopted within two months and that the Spatial Plan of Montenegro can be expected in the third quarter.

"We are here to provide available spatial data from records and registers that are under the jurisdiction of the Real Estate Administration and are necessary for spatial planning because we all strive together to improve the process of planning and spatial management in order to achieve sustainable development and improve the quality of life in cities and municipalities," said on behalf of this event Acting Director of the Real Estate Administration Marko Bulatović MSc
