Press release on Cabinet's decisions made on 16, 19, 20 and 21 April without holding session

At the session held on 22 April 2021, the Montenegrin Cabinet adopted the minutes on the decisions made, based on Article 10 of the Decree on the Government of Montenegro, without holding the session on 16, 19, 20 and 21 April 2021.

On 16 April, the Cabinet adopted the Proposal for Amendments to the Conclusion of the Government of Montenegro, No. 07-5276, dated 27 November 2020, authorizing Irena Radović, based on the Decision of the Board of Directors of the Investment and Development Fund of Montenegro, as the Executive Director of the Investment and Development Fund of Montenegro to sign the Loan Agreement no. CME1000 01 A and Financing Agreement no. CME1001 01 B, between the French Development Agency, as a lender and the Investment and Development Fund of Montenegro, as a borrower.

On 19 April, the Cabinet adopted the Information on Financial Assistance for Employees in COVID Centres and COVID Clinics.

On 20 April, the Cabinet adopted the Proposal of Amendments to the Conclusion of the Government of Montenegro, No. 04-1574/2, dated 30 March 2021, which determines the representatives of the Government who will participate in the work of the Parliament and its working bodies.

On 21 April, the Cabinet passed decisions on the termination of the term of office of the director and assistant directors of the Customs Administration, due to the abolition of this administrative body.

The Cabinet adopted the Decision on appointing Aleksandar Damjanović, the current Acting Director of the Revenue Administration, as the Acting Director of the Revenue and Customs Administration, until the appointment of the director of the Revenue and Customs Administration in accordance with the law, for a maximum of six months.

Proposals amending the conclusions of the Government of Montenegro of 16 February 2021 were adopted, which determine the representatives of the Government who will participate in the work of the Parliament of Montenegro and its working bodies.

The Cabinet adopted the Information on the payment of profits of majority state-owned companies to the state budget. On this occasion, the representatives of the state in the governing bodies (shareholders' assembly, steering board, board of directors) of majority state-owned companies and related companies are obliged to launch an initiative to make a decision on distribution of profit made in 2020, in the amount proportional to the share of state ownership, to the account of the Ministry of Finance and Social Welfare.
