Public Call for the design of a conceptual visual identity solution to mark the jubilee – 20 years since the restoration of Montenegro’s independence

The Government of Montenegro has announced a Public Call for the design of a conceptual visual identity solution to mark the jubilee – 20 years since the restoration of Montenegro’s independence. The subject of the call is the design of a symbol and/or logo and the development of a graphic standards manual, which will ensure a unified and recognizable visual identity for this important national anniversary.

The competition is public and two-stage and is open to all legal entities and individuals based in Montenegro, who may apply individually or as part of a group. Interested participants may submit one or more entries, with each entry submitted as a separate competition dossier, in accordance with the conditions set out in the call documentation.

The deadline for submission is 24 December 2025 at 15:00, while the results of the first phase of the competition are expected to be announced no later than 30 December 2025, and the final results by 15 January 2026.

A cash prize of EUR 5,000 is awarded to the top-ranked conceptual solution. Upon payment of the prize, the awarded solution becomes the property of the Government of Montenegro, with the transfer of all copyrights in accordance with the terms of the competition.
