Within the DEV-CLEinMNE project, representatives of the Ministry of Education, Science and Innovation participated in the final conference of the RALExILA project, held in Brussels on 3 December 2025 under the title “One Europe, Many Learners: Building the Foundations for Adult Learning Registries and Individual Learning Accounts”. The event was organised by the European Association for the Education of Adults (EAEA) and brought together representatives of ministries, European institutions, social partners and other key stakeholders in the field of lifelong learning.

The conference presented the final results of the RALExILA initiative, including the information model and quality assurance principles designed to support the establishment of transparent, accessible and coherent national registries for adult learning. Particular emphasis was placed on the integration of these registries into systems for Individual Learning Accounts (ILAs), which are becoming a central mechanism for strengthening lifelong learning across the EU. The visit contributed to enhancing Montenegro’s understanding of emerging European approaches in this area and supported alignment with EU developments. This project is funded by the European Union.
