Statement by PM Krivokapić on International Holocaust Remembrance Day

Remembering the horrors of the Holocaust, we are reminded that behind everything that has been done terribly throughout history, there is no intangible, formless, invisible force! Behind the monstrous crimes that took place in World War II, there are specific people and ordinary, little man who showed the fruits of false teaching, hatred, will to power and non-resistance to injustice and evil - indulgence in totalitarianism, dictatorship, chauvinism and intolerance.

Empathy, solidarity, inclusion and dialogue, understanding others and accepting difference, careful creation of educational content, media promotion and affirmation of humanity and altruism, as well as civic activism aimed at spreading the ideas of a free and healthy society, are medicine and prevention for all types of social deviance that could endanger anyone's rights, freedoms, material existence or life.
