We inform the public that on October 13, 2025, the public consultation process for the Environmental and Social Management Framework (ESMF), Resettlement Policy Framework (RPF), Labor Management Procedures (LMP), Stakeholder Engagement Plan (SEP), and Environmental and Social Commitment Plan (ESCP) was completed.

The public invitation to participate in the Public Consultation was published on September 17, 2025, in the daily newspaper “Pobjeda” and on the websites of the Ministry of Agriculture, Forestry and Water Management and the MIDAS 2 project:

The consultation period was initially open for 13 days and was subsequently extended to a total duration of 26 days. On September 25, 2025, presentations of the aforementioned documents were held at: 9:00 a.m. at the Institute of Public Health, Džona Džeksona bb, Podgorica, 12:00 p.m. at Tehnopolis, Multimedia Hall, Radoja Dakića bb, Nikšić. On September 26, 2025, a presentation was held at 9:00 a.m. in the Assembly Hall of the Municipality of Ulcinj.

Online consultation meetings were held on October 9 and 10, 2025, from 1:00 p.m. to 2:00 p.m.After harmonizing the documents with comments received during the Public Consultation period, as well as additional comments from the World Bank Quality Assurance team, the World Bank issued its no objection to the revised versions.

Accordingly, we hereby publish the final versions of the documents.
