New Project Coordinator for Montenegro’s Portfolio at the Western Balkans Fund Secretariat

Mina Milović began her work engagement in the Fund on April 1, 2026, in the position of Project Coordinator, with a focus on the portfolio of projects from Montenegro. She is a Young European Ambassador and an alumna of the College of Europe in Tirana. Previously, she worked at the European Parliament and the Parliament of Montenegro.

Her education and professional experience include studying and working in the United States, Spain, Austria, Slovenia, Belgium, and Albania, contributing to the development of a strong international perspective in the fields of European integration, diplomacy, and youth empowerment.

She is particularly engaged in issues of importance to young people, ranging from improving living standards to fostering economic development.

At a time when the Fund is expanding its activities and strengthening its regional influence – especially in the context of Montenegro’s presidency this year – her work will represent a significant contribution to the joint efforts to enhance the role of the Western Balkans Fund.
