Open Call for Proposals within the Western Balkans Fund MOVE Grants Mobility Programme

The call for applications for financial support under the Western Balkans Fund MOVE Grants Mobility Programme is currently open. The programme supports the implementation of a pre-arranged activity in one of the Western Balkan countries (Albania, Bosnia and Herzegovina, Montenegro, Kosovo, North Macedonia, Serbia).

The programme is intended for individuals, including artists, cultural professionals, researchers, journalists, youth workers, civil society activists, and other changemakers, with the aim of promoting regional cooperation and knowledge exchange.

The call is open until 5 October 2026 at 12:59 p.m. (CET), while the selected mobility activities are planned to take place between November 2026 and April 2027.

Eligible activities may include research visits, professional exchanges, artistic collaboration, training, participation in regional events, and similar initiatives that contribute to professional or personal development.

Financial support ranges from EUR 500 to EUR 1,000, with the possibility of covering up to 100% of eligible costs.
