Real Estate Administration Demonstrates Commitment to Efficient Implementation of Public Interest Projects

As reported by Dan, the Real Estate Administration is taking concrete steps in the process of expropriating property along the route of the future Southwest Bypass, further confirming its key role in the implementation of infrastructure projects of public importance.
As part of this initiative, discussions have been held with 145 property owners—out of a total of over 200—whose properties are located along the planned continuation of the bypass. Individual expropriation decisions will be issued for these owners.
According to a statement from the Real Estate Administration, headed by Marko Bulatović MSc, the process is being conducted in accordance with the law and with full respect for the property owners' rights. Director Bulatović emphasized that the Administration is working diligently to meet all administrative and legal deadlines, as this infrastructure project is of great significance and is expected to improve traffic connectivity and reduce congestion in urban areas over the long term.
“Our task is to ensure an efficient, transparent, and fair expropriation process, with clear communication to all owners and strict adherence to legal procedures. We are satisfied with the current pace of progress and expect the entire process to be completed soon,” stated Marko Bulatović MSc, Director of the Real Estate Administration.
