Deputy Prime Minister and President of the Council on Child Rights Dritan Abazović visited today the Elementary School "Savo Kažić", where he planted twenty-eight trees on the occasion of World Children's Day.

Every student in Barutana has their own tree. The goal is for every child in Montenegro to get their own tree. It's a long road, but the right one. Let's increase environmental awareness, protect the planet and live our green Montenegro, Abazović pointed out.

Abazović emphasised that this is just one of the planned activities with children, stressing the importance of such and similar activities in order to educate children about ecology and the importance of protecting the environment.

The planted trees are symbolically named after twenty-eight students of the school in Barutana.
